Initial ETI client portfolio development is packaged as an 8 hour purchase of Personalized Travel Portfolio (PTPTM) design and development. Client preferences shared in initial interviews and follow-up surveys clarify the primary planning elements (i.e. number of travelers, regional focus, duration, main purpose of the travel event, previous experience, preferences, etc.); these parameters will be utilized to develop the client's Personalized Travel Portfolio (PTPTM).

Following initial portfolio planning (8 hours, Phase I) ETI clients are able to pre-purchase additional design and development service in 4 hour blocks, as desired (Phase II). Upon completion of client portfolio planning, unused design and development time will be refunded, or remain on account, at the client's discretion.

ETI is committed to exceeding client expectations in all matters pertaining to Personalized Travel Portfolio (PTPTM) design and development. Client agrees to provide a thorough disclosure of travel preferences in order that ETI can provide a detailed, yet flexible PTPTM. All client information shared with ETI will be used solely to coordinate client travel planning and will not be shared with a third party for any other purpose. All ETI expenditures made on behalf of the client will be consistent with the client’s selections made in writing through the client’s initial contract. Changes and modifications made to the client’s initial contract will be provided to ETI in writing via digital means if possible. All purchases, whether payments for specific purchases, or retainer account deposit for planned purchases, will be made consistent with these terms. All other detail concerning client satisfaction and ETI dedication to professional excellence is stated in the ETI client contract.
